Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Standard Shipping (8–10 business days): $7.80, or free on orders over $65
  • Express Shipping (3–5 business days): $12.00

Please note: during holidays and sale periods, delivery timelines may increase by up to one additional week.

International

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

  • International Shipping (7–14 business days): rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
  • All international orders are shipped with full tracking

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs processing, carrier delays).

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing may add additional delivery time. Refused shipments returned to us due to unpaid duties may be refunded less the original and return shipping costs.

International Shipping Locations

We currently ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. International tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.

Damages & Issues

We're not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@healixscrubs.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee corrections once an order is placed. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees. For international orders, please ensure your address is complete (including postal code and phone number) as carriers require this for customs clearance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. We'll do our best to assist, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

 


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final-sale, clearance, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • All items or orders discounted 40% or more are final sale. No returns are allowed.
  • During promotional periods, scrubs may be exchanged but are not eligible for return. Shipping charges will apply to all exchange requests.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@healixscrubs.com or submit a request through the customer login area at https://healixscrubs.com
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable), normally within 3–4 working days.
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process. If you paid a flat shipping fee (e.g., $7.80), this fee is also refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

United States

Return shipping is $7.80 per item. For example:

  • 1 item: $7.80
  • 2 items: $15.60
  • 3 items: $23.40

International (Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Saudi Arabia & UAE)

Return and exchange shipping is a flat USD $20 per request, deducted from your refund (for returns) or charged at the time of request (for exchanges). Original duties, taxes, and shipping fees on international orders are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@healixscrubs.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
