Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I have been trying to return and exchange my scrubs since MONDAY, and it is now THURSDAY. Four days later, I am STILL waiting for something as simple as instructions on where and how to mail my return.

I’m not asking for a complicated solution. I’m literally asking, “Where do I send the scrubs?” Why does that require days of waiting and chasing customer support?

For a company that has no problem taking your payment immediately, they sure move at a completely different speed when you need help with a return. 😂 A basic return/exchange process should not feel like I’m trying to solve a mystery.

The scrubs themselves may be fine, but customer service is part of what you’re paying for—and this experience has been terrible. If returns and exchanges are going to be this difficult, customers deserve to know that BEFORE ordering.

At this point, I don’t need another “we’ll get back to you” response. I need a return address and instructions. It really should not be this hard.
