Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final-sale, clearance, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- All items or orders discounted 40% or more are final sale. No returns are allowed.
- During promotional periods, scrubs may be exchanged but are not eligible for return. Shipping charges will apply to all exchange requests.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@healixscrubs.com or submit a request through the customer login area at https://healixscrubs.com
- We'll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable), normally within 3–4 working days.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.
Return Shipping Costs
United States
Return shipping is $7.80 per item. For example:
- 1 item: $7.80
- 2 items: $15.60
- 3 items: $23.40
International (Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Saudi Arabia & UAE)
Return and exchange shipping is a flat USD $20 per request, deducted from your refund (for returns) or charged at the time of request (for exchanges). Original duties, taxes, and shipping fees on international orders are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@healixscrubs.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
