Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Final-sale, clearance, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
• During promotional periods, scrubs may be exchanged but are not eligible for return. Shipping charges will apply to all exchange requests.

Return Process

1. Start your return or exchange at https://healixscrubs.loopreturns.com (US orders). International customers: please email support@healixscrubs.com.
2. We'll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable), normally within 3–4 working days.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.

Return Shipping Costs

US: Customers who add Checkout+ at checkout get free return shipping. Otherwise, a flat $10.00 handling fee per order is deducted from refunds. Exchanges and store credit have no fee.

International (Canada, UK, Germany, Saudi Arabia, UAE): USD $20 flat rate per request, deducted from refunds or charged upfront for exchanges. Original duties, taxes, and shipping on international orders are non-refundable. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost.
