Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options at checkout:
 

United States

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $3.50 or free on orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping (3–5 business days): $8

     Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

United Kingdom

  • Fedex International (6–8 business days): GBP 8.00 or equivalent in local currency

Europe and Middle East / Rest of the World

  • Fedex International (6–8 business days): US $8.00 or equivalent in local currency

 

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Shipping outside of USA is available in Europe including UK, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damages & Issues

We’re not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@healixscrubs.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee corrections once an order is placed. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final-sale, clearance, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@healixscrubs.com or submit a request through customer login area on our online store at https://healixscrubs.com
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable).
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.
  • If you paid a flat shipping fee (e.g., $3.50), this fee shall also be refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when requesting your return.
  • We’ll ship out the replacement item at no additional shipping cost once the original is received.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free.
  • If we cover return shipping, no restocking fees will be charged.
